Terms of Service

Every job is quoted on the phone before a technician is sent, and that quote — the $89 service call included — is what is charged. The doorstep does not change it. A change of scope on site is quoted on its own and approved before work carries on.

Ranges shown across this site are typical, not binding. Evening arrivals add +$48, overnight arrivals +$86, and both are inside the total stated on the call.

Lockouts are opened only once the technician has established the customer's right to the property or vehicle — ID with the address, a lease, a registration, or the owner confirming. Where that is impossible, we decline the job.

Non-destructive methods come first so the door keeps its hardware. Drilling is used only with your explicit consent and an agreed replacement price.

Workmanship is guaranteed 90 days from the visit, hardware by the manufacturer. Neither covers misuse, a later forced entry, or work altered by someone else.

Settlement on completion, by card or contactless, with an itemised invoice emailed afterwards. A cancellation or no-show once a technician has arrived carries the fee quoted at booking.

To the extent the law allows, liability for a claim arising out of any job is limited to the price paid for that job. Liability that cannot be limited by law stays in force.
